Like the « Flying Danish » and two-times 5O5 World Champion Jan Saugman several good international teams have now announced their entry into the Adonite Swiss Open that will be held next October 2nd to 4th in Estavayer, nice small medieval town located in the French part of Switzerland.

All of them will hardly dispute the incentive 4’000CHF Prize Money that will be earned by the winner of the Championship.

The aim of the 8’000 CHF (7’300Euros / 5’400 BP / 8’100 USD) incentive Prize Money is to have a high level championship in Central Europe during the second half of the season. This aim seems on its way to materialize. The challenge for the sailing teams and the organization committee will be to insure a fair and friendly Championship, sine qua non conditions for the sponsor to re-conduct such an initiative next year.

Please note that the organizing committee has decided to extend the entry deadline up to 20th of September. However it will be still possible to subscribe until the last minute with an extra 50CHF entry fee
